10B-1-13-DT (5/8” × 3/8”) - 13 Teeth, for 2 Simplex Chains, TB 1108 (Steel) sprockets are designed for a pair of 10B-1 (5/8″ × 3/8″) simplex roller chains of the so-called European series (B-series), standardized to ISO 606 (DIN 8187).
Sprockets in the double-single design replace 2 simplex sprockets, simplifying installation, saving space on the shaft, and increasing transmission reliability. The shared hub also minimizes the risk of misalignment. They are mounted on the shaft using Taper Lock bushes, which ensure a secure and precise fit. Additionally, the keyway provides reliable axial fixation against displacement.
Typical Applications
10B double-single sprockets are designed for use in conveyor systems.
They are commonly used in equipment where shafts or rollers are driven in series, particularly in roller conveyors, packaging machines, processing lines, and many other types of equipment.
