Pulley Description
154 H 100 (Type 6A, Cast Iron) is the basic timing pulley for inch belts with H trapeziodal profile. It is made of with a pilot bore. Designed according to ISO 5294.
The pulleys are supplied as a semi-finished product and the internal hole must be modified before mounting the pulleys on the shafts.
Typical Applications
The H standard timing pulleys are designed for all types of H belts with pitch 12.70 mm.
They are typically used in older machines with lower and medium performance, for example in packaging machines, in the ceramic, textile, food and tobacco industry and in many other machines.
In new applications, they are often replaced by HTD, STD or CTD profiles.
Materials
Steel or grey cast iron.

Caution
Cast iron pulleys at v > 30 m/s must be balanced.
