16B-1-19-NKZ/D45 (1” × 17.02 mm) - 19 Teeth, with Hub, Hardened Teeth, 2 Screws, Bore 45H7, Keyway (Steel) sprockets are ready for immediate installation on the appropriate shaft without the need for additional machining. They are designed for drives with all types of 16B-1 (1″ × 17.02 mm) simplex roller chains of the so-called European series (B-series), standardized to ISO 606 (DIN 8187).
The bore with a keyway ensures precise mounting and effective power transmission. The keyway, cut with a P9 tolerance (according to DIN 6885/1), is aligned with the tooth center, allowing for paired sprocket mounting. The bore is prepared with a tolerance field of H7. Additionally, the hub is equipped with two threaded holes and set screws for precise shaft fixation. One hole is aligned with the keyway, while the other is positioned 90° offset.

16B sprockets with a finished bore, hub, and hardened teeth for DIN 8187 roller chains are designed for a wide range of industrial applications – from light to heavy industry.
They are most commonly used in power transmission systems, but they also find applications in lifting and material transport systems. Typical fields of use include conveyors, food processing machines, and glassmaking equipment, as well as many other industrial applications.
