Belt Description
W 28x8x1250 Li is a special variator wide V-belt for drives with continuous speed control.
The belts are made from a highly durable rubber compound with high transverse stiffness for permanent and reliable transmission of high power and revolutions.

- Fibre-reinforced synthetic rubber bottom section
- Embedding compound
- Polyester tension member
- Cotton cover fabric
Typical Applications
The CONTI VX VARISPEED ADVANCE variable speed belts are used in variators and variable speed transmissions in industrial applications such as machine tools, saws, drills, in the textile industry, ironworks and other areas.

- High power transmission, smooth quiet operation, long service life
- Resistance to oil and other chemicals
- Temperature range from −30 °C to +80 °C
- Antistatic properties according to ISO 1813

Notice
General factory certificates are not sufficient for belts used in potentially explosive atmospheres.
If a test report according to ISO 1813 and ISO 9563 is required for the application, it is necessary to inform us of the request for delivery of belts including the certificate when ordering them (when ordering belts via Eshop, please write this request in the "Note" field before by sending the order). The certificate is issued by ContiTech after the test in the production plant.
